The  membership application requires a PDF viewer to read and print.  Almost all computers have Adobe Reader® or a similar PDF viewer installed.   Users who do not have a PDF reader installed or who wish to upgrade to the latest version of Adobe Reader® can do so by clicking on the following link:  DOWNLOAD ADOBE READER® .  (It's free!  You don't have to install the extra programs appearing in the "Also download" portion of the Adobe website.  Just clear the check marks by clicking on them.)
